The composition of a full time State e-Mission Team shall be as follows:
- Director IT : Chairperson
- State Informatics Officer : Member
- Additional / Joint Director IT : Member
- Senior Manager IT : Member
- Manager IT : Convener
- Deputy Director, STPI : Member
- Deputy Manager IT : Member
- All other IT and other professionals specially engaged in SeMT on contract, secondment, consultancy or wet lease basis: Members
